Questions, answered plainly.
Short answers about who Profit Pipeline is for, how it connects, what it stores, and what it costs.
Getting started
Who is Profit Pipeline for?
Operators who run business cards: an owner or operations lead with several cards spread across a team, who wants every transaction, vendor, statement, and credit in one place instead of across a stack of issuer logins.
Can I try it with a single card?
Yes. The free plan is $0 and covers one linked Plaid account with up to two selected cards. Link the account, choose one or two cards, and the views fill in from there.
Do I need to be technical to set it up?
No. You sign in to your card issuer inside Plaid Link, choose which cards to track, and Profit Pipeline does the rest. There is nothing to install and no spreadsheet to maintain.
Connections and data
How does Profit Pipeline connect to my cards?
Through Plaid. You sign in to your issuer inside Plaid Link, and Profit Pipeline receives account and transaction data from Plaid on a read-only basis. It works with the card accounts Plaid can connect to.
Does Profit Pipeline see my issuer password?
No. Your issuer username and password are entered in Plaid's flow and are not sent to Profit Pipeline.
Do you store card numbers?
No. Profit Pipeline is built without any field for full card numbers, security codes, or expiration dates, so there is nowhere for them to be stored.
Can Profit Pipeline move money?
No. The connection is read-only. Profit Pipeline can see activity on the cards you track; it cannot make charges, payments, or transfers.
Can I disconnect an account later?
Yes. You can disconnect a linked account from inside Profit Pipeline whenever you like.
Pricing
What does it cost?
The free plan is $0 for one linked Plaid account and up to two selected cards.
The paid plan is $100 per linked Plaid account per month. That includes up to four cards on the account; each card beyond four is $20 per month. The pricing page has a worked example.
What counts as a linked account?
One Plaid connection to one card issuer login. If the business signs in to the same issuer with two different logins, that is two linked accounts, each with its own card allowance.
The product
What does the fleet view show?
Each tracked card with its statement balance, due date, spend to target, available credits, and points, in one table. The how it works page walks through the four views.
Does it track credits and points?
Yes. Available credits appear with their deadlines, and points balances sit alongside each card, so available value stays in view.
